Why it's not here yet: these dates live in escrow emails and change mid-deal. We'll need a step that reads your email once a file opens and re-checks it on amendments. Worth building — just not on day one.
Cancellations: every file gets a Cancel escrow action that clears its timeline in one click, and the same email watcher treats a cancellation notice as the signal to archive it automatically — so a dead deal stops nagging the agent either way.
