Office Challenge
Check in when you get to the office. Your live count, the prize pot, your draw entries, lunch and the rules are all below. The challenge runs Monday–Thursday, Oct 26–29.
A follow up is one client you reach by: 1) a call over 75 seconds; 2) a missed call where you leave a voicemail AND text them asking for an appointment of some sort — then @-tag Ryan in a FUB note on that client; or 3) a text the client replies to. Group texts count, and everyone in the same group text is ONE client. Log voicemails as "Left Message" in Follow Up Boss.
The goal: 15 different clients by 2:00 PM. All leads count, including your personal ones. Counts stop at 2:00 PM, but numbers are not final until Ryan clears every pending @-tagged note.
Prize pot: starts at $50 and goes up $10 for each person who hits 15, up to $200.
Draw entries: 15 clients = 1 entry, 30 = 2, 45 = 3, plus 1 more for each appointment Ryan verifies.
Group lunch: if 12 or more of us finish 15 before noon, we get a group lunch.
