You are working from a small number of leads so far, so treat the percentages
below as a rough read rather than a verdict. The lists are still exact.

What these mean
Initially assigned to you — leads that came to you new. Anything you
picked up out of a pond, or that another agent worked first, is counted separately
and never held against you.
1st touch — how long after a lead arrives before you first call or text it.
2nd touch — days from your first outbound touch to the next one on a
later day. The inbound Zillow connection call does not count as a touch.
Followed up ≤3d — leads you touched again within 3 days of the first touch.
One & done — leads you touched once and never again (only counting
leads at least a week old).
Never called — leads you have texted but never once phoned.
Leads you reached — the share of your leads who have answered you at
least once, counting a connected phone call or a text or call they sent back.
One lead, counted once, however they responded.
Calls answered — of all the calls you placed, the share that turned into
a real conversation. This counts calls, not people, so ten calls to one person who
answers once is 1 out of 10.
Gone cold — a lead still in an active stage that you have not touched in
14 days or more and that has no task on it. Same thing as “gone quiet”
on the card at the top.
Appt+ — leads whose stage is Appointment set or anything past it.
Zillow ALM appt — Zillow's own number: the share of your Zillow connections
that Zillow judged worth an appointment where an appointment got set. It should land
close to your Appt+ above. When Zillow's number is much higher, the appointments
happened and the stage in Follow Up Boss never got moved. Only Zillow leads have this
number; every other source is N/A.
Gives up after — on the leads you stopped working (ponded, or gone cold),
the typical number of touches you had made first.
Team numbers — every comparison is against the rest of the team on that
same lead source. ahead
about the same
behind.
